Information you choose to send
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a short brief. You may also provide your company, phone number, project type, budget, timeline, preferred contact method and one attachment.
If you contact ELUNARYN through email, WhatsApp, phone or a social profile, we receive the information you include in that conversation.
How the information is used
ELUNARYN uses enquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, discuss possible work, prepare a proposal when requested, and maintain necessary business correspondence.
The website does not build advertising audiences, sell personal information, or operate a marketing newsletter.
Optional website analytics
ELUNARYN uses Google Analytics 4 only after you select Allow analytics. If you decline, the Google Analytics tag does not load and ELUNARYN does not send analytics events from your visit.
When allowed, analytics may record page views, approximate location, browser and device information, and whether someone used an email, phone, WhatsApp or successful enquiry option. ELUNARYN does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text or attachment details to Google Analytics.
Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation stay disabled. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Analytics settings button shown on the website.
Email delivery and attachments
Website enquiries are sent to ELUNARYN by Resend, an email-delivery provider. If you attach a file, it is included in that enquiry email. Do not send passwords, financial credentials, identity documents or other information that is not needed for your project enquiry.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations.
ELUNARYN does not sell enquiry information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the enquiry channel, professional advisers when necessary, or authorities when legally required.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information ELUNARYN holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where it is no longer needed. Email the address below and include enough context to identify the conversation.
You can allow, decline or withdraw optional website analytics through the Analytics settings control. Withdrawing stops new analytics events and removes ELUNARYN's Google Analytics cookies where the browser permits it.
